Christine Quinn’s husband Christian Richard was arrested for the second time this week, after allegedly violating an emergency protective order, as reported by People.

Richard, whose legal last name is Dumontet, was arrested on Tuesday on domestic violence charges, which allegedly involved a “deadly weapon” according to the source. The Los Angeles Police Department said that Richard “threw a bag containing a glass bottle at the victim, missed the victim, but the object hit the victim’s child causing injury,” per People.

Sources told US media that Quinn and her two-year-old son are now at a separate “safe location”. It’s unclear whether Quinn will stay with her husband following the shocking incident.

He’s believed to have a net worth of about US$20 million, per Hello!.
