It’s hard to imagine a time when Taylor Swift wasn’t famous – especially considering she emerged into the spotlight while still a child, then became a household name by the time she was in her late teens.
But there was a once upon a time – at least a time when she was less famous that she is now.
Last November, Britney Spears, the pop princess herself, shared two photos of her and Swift throughout the years – one from 2003, and the other from 2008.
The “Everytime” singer wrote a heartwarming story of how they met in the caption: “During my Oops Tour, I got a knock at my door. My good friend at the time was the assistant to my manager, who was trying to become a manager himself. There was a knock, and then he said, ‘I have a girl named Taylor who wants to come in and sing for you.’ I was like of course!!!”
