Meet Selling Sunset’s (not so) new cast member Nicole Young: Oppenheim’s highest-paid property agent joins the Netflix reality show’s sixth season, but eagle-eyed fans will remember she cameoed before

- Nicole Young has known Oppenheim founder and president Jason Oppenheim for 15 years, and apparently once dated him, according to her co-cast member Amanza Smith
- The former marketing consultant, who has sold US$100 million worth of property, initially agreed to join the show in its inaugural season, but got cold feet – now she’s joining seasons 6 and 7
Fortunately for viewers, the producers have brought in two new faces to the high-end property brokerage, Nicole Young and Bre Tiesi, who are set to shake up the show’s dynamics.

After five seasons of tension between Quinn and cast member Chrishell Stause, there still seems to be no rest from drama for the latter. The trailer for season six, which aired on May 19, already showed glimpses of tension between Stause and newbie Young, who is ready to step into Quinn’s shoes.
But just who is Young? Here’s what we know about her.
Nicole Young is a seasoned property agent

Young, 37, hails from Minnesota and attended Baylor University in Texas where she studied marketing and public relations, per People. She initially worked as a marketing consultant before making her way into the property business.
She started working at the Oppenheim brokerage in Los Angeles in 2014 and has been a part of the team for almost a decade.

She has sold US$100 million worth of property, according to Deadline, and is the brokerage’s longest-standing and highest-paid agent.
