Whether it’s genetics or her intensive health and wellness regime, while the 41-year-old mother-of-two has been constantly under fire in the media, she’s somehow kept it together in the beauty department.

So how does she do it? The Duchess of Sussex starts every morning at 4.30am with yoga, according to a 2018 Vanity Fair profile piece. Her ensuing daily routine reportedly costs her up to US$60,000 a year to maintain, per Hello!

1. LED light facials

According to OK!, Markle is a fan of LED facials, which are hailed for their anti-ageing benefits and ability to stimulate collagen for healing wounds. There are numerous at-home LED light therapy tools on the market, but one of Markle’s go-to services is the Dermalux LED phototherapy facial, per Current Body. The facial is also a staple with celebs like Kourtney Kardashian, Gigi Hadid and Jennifer Lopez.

2. Megaformer Pilates classes

In an interview with Women’s Health UK, Markle admitted that Pilates is “the best thing you could do for your body”, praising her long-time trainer and friend Heather Dorak’s studio. Megaformer Pilates is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that she says can change your body immediately. According to Hello!, she has her own Megaformer machine at home.
