The property is situated in the plush locales of Gillette Regent Square in Santa Monica and was built in 1913. It was occupied by Paltrow, her parents and her brother Jake Paltrow until she turned 12, according to British media.
Bought by the Paltrows in 1976, they later sold the home to Parisian-born designer Jerome Dahan, founder of jeans brand Citizens of Humanity and 7 for All Mankind in 2008. The stunning home includes a fleet of amenities and is a real estate jewel even today.
