She is the heiress of Daesang Group
Born with a silver spoon, Lim is the heiress to one of South Korea’s biggest conglomerates, Daesang Group. She is the eldest daughter of her family and began serving the company as a creative director in 2012, according to The Korea Times. Three years later, she was promoted to the role of executive director, and currently, she has been leading Daesang Group as vice-chairwoman since March 2021.
She graduated as a psychology major from New York University
Getting into prestigious schools means a lot to South Koreans, and among the many universities, Seoul National University, Korea University and Yonsei University, are considered among the top 10, per Top Universities rankings.
Based on Korean media, Lim was accepted as a business major at Yonsei University, but she later dropped out of school after getting married to her now ex-husband.
