Ever since entering the public eye in 2007 after the premiere of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe Kardashian’s weight has always been the centre of attention. Her sisters Kim and Kourtney had similar physiques while Khloe was taller and fuller.

The Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian businesswoman has admitted to having baby fat as a young girl, according to US Weekly. She said her weight had always been a battle, admitting that her body was always compared to her slimmer sisters, Kim and Kourtney.

US Magazine reports the star said she was an emotional eater, apparently turning to food during her parents’ divorce in 1991. She said she and her brother Rob were always heavier and food was given to them to “keep us company. All we did was eat crap”.

In an interview with Jay Shetty on his podcast On Purpose in 2019, Kardashian said her big moment away from the yo-yo dieting culture came when she split from husband Lamar Odom in 2013. She said she was unhealthy and overweight for most of her life and it was during that time that she turned to the gym for a release: “I needed a release and I needed to feel strong and I just needed to get rid of all these thoughts.”
