K-drama fans are in for a treat this year! The dashing Park Hyung-sik will return to the screen playing opposite popular actress Han So-hee for Disney+’s latest television series Soundtrack #1.
Slated to release on March 23, the musical show will tell the story of two best friends who get better acquainted after staying in the same house for two weeks. The series is helmed by director Kim Hee-won of Vincenzo and The Crowned Clown.

During an interview with SportsWorldi, Park revealed his motivation behind partaking in the drama. “The biggest reason was that I wanted to work together with director Kim Hee-won and actress Han So-hee,” he said, further adding that “the script was so fun to read’’.

Park himself is already a popular name among K-drama fans, becoming one of the most successful idol-turned-actors in the country.

He returned to acting after being discharged from his military training in early 2021, to fans’ delight.
