Hyuna and Dawn, one of K-pop’s favourite couples, are engaged!
The couple caused a stir on February 3, when they shared the news with fans in matching Instagram posts. But this is not the first time that they have shocked the public.
Their unique engagement rings cost a year’s rent
The couple showed off unique, beautiful matching engagement rings in their Instagram announcements, wowing fans.
Days later, according to Koreaboo, the designer of luxury jewellery brand Diligems revealed that she made them with white gold, opals and seven diamonds of different shapes and colours.
She also mentioned that the rings cost enough to pay her yearly rent, and stressed that she’s customised them for Hyuna and Dawn only – and will never create duplicates.

In a guest appearance on JTBC’s Ask Us Anything, Hyuna admitted that she liked Dawn first and it was one-sided for more than a year, as reported by Soompi.
