The latest Marvel blockbuster, Spider-Man: No Way Home, saw out the year by being declared the highest-grossing movie of 2021 – but only after its glamorous cast walked the carpet at back-to-back promotional events. While you might expect the film’s protagonist, Tom Holland, to be the focal point, female lead Zendaya has been stealing everyone’s attention. Stylist Law Roach helped her pull off a string of head-turning, villain-inspired outfits during the press tour which continue to generate buzz.

Most memorably, the 25-year-old star switched things up for a cast appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, sporting a piece fresh from Balmain’s spring 2022 collection. But she played against the typical runway look with a gold chain mail top, plus an oversized blazer and cargo pants, complete with long fabric trains trailing behind for added impact. Finishing off the outfit with Bulgari earrings, a dainty pinky ring and white Louboutin pumps, Zendaya’s choice of simple accessories left her sartorial savvy the focal point of her image.
