The stormy celebrity couple were shown fighting right from the very first episode of Netflix’s hit reality show, and took a break from their six-year relationship straight after shooting finished – but recent interviews and Instagram posts suggest Kelly Mi Li is giving her beau another go

Ever since we binge-watched season one of Netflix’s Bling Empire, the question on everybody’s lips is – are Kelly and Andrew back together? After all that?

Bling Empire follows the lives of Los Angeles’ wealthiest Asians and Asian-Americans as they navigate between traditional Eastern values and … well, having lots of money and being in front of a camera for reality TV.

By the first episode, which debuted on January 15, it was evident that the relationship between actor and one of the show’s executive producers, Kelly Mi Li, and Andrew Gray, was the real drama of the show, following a verbally aggressive phone call from him from Paris. In fact, we didn’t think he’d even make it to the end of season one. Yet, here we are.

Are they or aren’t they?

“We’re working things out,” Kelly told Entertainment Tonight during an interview. “We’re probably in a better place than we’ve ever been in our relationship. Throughout our six years of ups and downs, I think we’re in the best place we’ve ever been, just understanding each other better. Continue to go to therapy, continue to work things out, ‘cause at the end of the day, we know that true love is hard to find and the love we have for each other is unconditional.”

When the show wrapped in January 2020, the couple took a break. “We were separated completely, [had] separate living situations. We broke up, and we took about five months or six months,” she said.

Then in June, lockdown loneliness must’ve kicked in, because the pair started spending time together again, and they’ve been together ever since.
