Bought in 1970, Elvis’ ex-wife Priscilla Presley lived at the Platinum Triangle home with daughter Lisa-Marie for 3 years after separation, before it was sold in 1975 to American millionaire Paula Kent Meehan – with its Tudor-style facade, tennis-basketball court, pool and guest houses, we can see why it was snapped up quick
The former Los Angeles home of Elvis Presley has just sold for US$29.3 million. The house is located on the border of Beverly Hills and Holmby Hills in an area of the city dubbed “The Platinum Triangle”.

Priscilla lived at the home with daughter Lisa-Marie following her and Elvis‘ separation in February 1972 until the home sold in July 1975.
The most recent sale included both the 1.6-acre (6,500-square-metre) 144 Monovale Drive where the Presleys lived, as well as neighbouring 0.75-acre 120 Monovale Drive.
Of course, the Presley home has undergone a number of facelifts over the years. The seven-bedroom main house currently sports a Tudor-style facade with leaded glass mullion windows, archways and a high-pitched roof. The property also boasts a dual tennis/basketball court as well as a pool, two guest houses and a garage.
