Friends star Matthew Perry’s Los Angeles penthouse is for sale priced US$35 million – take a look inside

The millionaire actor might be enjoying the lucrative payday of moving Friends from Netflix to HBO Max, but he’s still selling his luxury home – for nearly twice what he paid
The actor Matthew Perry, one of six millionaire stars of the era-defining sitcom Friends, has listed his Los Angeles penthouse for an eye-watering US$35 million.
Penthouse 40, also known as the “Mansion in the Sky”, sits on the 40th floor of The Century – a 42-story luxury condominium in Los Angeles. According to Money, Perry bought the penthouse in 2017 for US$20 million.

The 9,290-square-foot penthouse has four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, four terraces, a screening room and a master suite with a lounge area and fireplace, according to the listing.

The penthouse is in Los Angeles and is about 20 minutes from Santa Monica by car. The tower boasts amenities including a pool, a spa, a gym, a full-service restaurant, another screening room and gardens.
