Behind the label: Marie France Van Damme

    

Globe-trotting Canadian Marie France Van Damme started her eponymous label last year, after honing her skills on the manufacturing side of the fashion industry, creating ready-to-wear lines for the likes of Marks and Spencer and Saks Fifth Avenue. Her Hong Kong-based resort-wear brand takes inspiration from the designer's travels.
