Dentist Ng Tze-chuen

Newton discovered the law of gravity after an apple fell on his head; dentist Ng Tze-chuen was inspired to build a pair of space forceps while working on someone’s teeth. My whole life began with daydreaming.

I daydreamed a lot during class, which I found boring. I was daydreaming about how to decorate my own clinics before I even graduated from college.

Daydreaming should be made compulsory in schools so students can find out their purpose in life.

I sleep early at night so I can start dreaming and take a break from human beings and their dirty, dirty politics.

My teacher thought I would become a nobody. My father said I would gain nothing from inventing tools. I kept going because I needed to prove them wrong. I did.
