Exopolitics Promoter Neil Gould
Neil Gould is a promoter of “exopolitics” in Hong Kong, which is the study of possible political relations between humanity and extraterrestrial civilizations. He also claims to have had numerous encounters with aliens.

HK Magazine: When did you first meet our outer
space friends?
Neil Gould: It happened when I was 9. I remember they came into my room, took me somewhere that was absolutely wonderful, and started to interfere with my brain. Since then, I’ve been receiving telepathic signals from the aliens.
HK: Did it leave a scar?
NG: There was no physical wound, but I did suffer from some neurological damage, like hyperactivity. That’s what people usually misinterpret as Attention Deficiency Disorder (ADD). The truth is, many people who appear to have ADD have actually been “upgraded” by the aliens. Their learning abilities have increased immensely and they feel bored living an average human life.
HK: So ADD patients are just being “upgraded” by extraterrestrial intelligence? Why would they do that?
NG: To improve humanity, and lead us to a better Earth! They upgraded the DNA of selected people, and turned them into the “star seeds,” which can speed up the process of evolution process and hence create a better world for all of us. Why else would we have had such exceptionally outstanding man like Albert Einstein?
HK: Do you believe in God?
NG: God doesn’t exist. The Bible is full of implications pointing out that what we mean by God is in fact “aliens.” For example, when Moses saw the bushes burning without consumed by fire, he was actually seeing the bright lights from a flying saucer. We’re actually descended from an extraterrestrial species called the “Annunaki.” They lived on the planet Vega in the Lyra Constellation and they escaped to Earth when the Intergalactic War broke out. Then they created us according to their image.
HK: So how many extraterrestrial species have been identified? Do they live among us?
NG: So far 58 different species have been recognized. This figure is from a someone who used to work in the US Military with the Flying Saucer Crash Retrieval Department. They’re from different star systems like Orion, Arcturus and Pleiedes and some are even from different dimensions. They either live deep underground or in the deep sea. And some live in areas under the protection of the US Government.
HK: Is Hong Kong a popular spots for our outer
space visitors?
NG: You wouldn’t believe how many passer-bys we have. The Hong Kong Observatory has received as many as 40 reports of UFOs in a year. This tells you something. And since I’ve been upgraded, I can get signals from the extraterrestrial visitors sometimes, so I know many of them have been here more than you can imagine.
