Opinion | The Shopper: APM Monaco
Jewellery brand APM Monaco started popping up on local radars last year when celebrities Fan Bingbing, Coco Lee and Sammi Cheung were photographed wearing their pieces.

Their designs are said to be inspired by the south of France, and the interior of the 500 sq ft store has a similar look. Admittedly, it doesn't boast the same harbour views, but the space is still chic with its palette of Mediterranean blue, white and sand and decorative panels shaped like palm trees.
The jewellery itself is extremely versatile and wouldn't be out of place on the red carpet or city streets. The look is more high-fashion than classic, with new arrivals every month so you can update your jewellery boxes frequently.
The latest collection, which features a trendy mix of the glam — think pearls — with more edgy chains and safety pin styles for a rock 'n'roll vibe.
Favourites include the gothic-inspired Maltese silver and zirconia chandelier earrings (HK$3,800) and matching two-finger ring (HK$1,500). If you can't get enough of studs, try the Herisson collection made from oxidised silver studs embellished with pave zirconias in a range of styles including hand bracelets (HK$2,500 each) which are a must-have trend for autumn.
