This three-Michelin-starred restaurant is a nod to Federico Fellini’s movie of the same name. The entrance pays homage to Fellini and various movies, with pictures of famous film stars by the bar. The interior is contemporary, with a mirrored ceiling, banquette seating and chic chandeliers. There is an ageing room and wine cellar, too.
Chef Umberto Bombana, whose cooking style is distinctly Italian, sources top ingredients from around the world. On offer are a two-course lunch set and evening à la carte or degustation menu. Dishes change depending on the freshest produce available and include home-made cavatelli shellfish ragout with sea urchin and lobster salad with Oscietra caviar.
