Nestled in a quiet corner of Central, one-Michelin-starred restaurant Arcane serves contemporary European fare. Diners can sit at the open kitchen and watch award-winning chef Shane Osborn and his team in action, or at linen-covered tables in the dining room, or out on the terrace amid views of Hong Kong’s skyscrapers.

Dishes on the à la carte and set menus are seasonal, and several vegan options are available, such as a salad of sweet peas and baby artichokes with black olive crisp, acidulated cevenne onions and argan oil dressing.

Vegetables and herbs are grown on the terrace and the rest are specially cultivated for the restaurant locally.
