This popular steakhouse at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers has a contemporary New York look with floor-to-ceiling windows running the length of the restaurant. The decor incorporates a wine corridor that showcases the restaurant’s extensive wine list, and there is a bar, too.

Classic menu highlights are soup and salads, and starters of jumbo shrimp cocktail and lump crab cake. Mains include prime steaks such as New York strip and porterhouse; other mains are pork chops, Wagyu, ocean platters and mixed grills. Key lime pie, hot chocolate cake and Morton’s legendary sundaes are popular desserts. Private dining set menus are also available.
