1. Delusion

Earlier this summer, it was reported that K-pop star Bae Suzy (Doona!) was considering a return to the small screen in the vampire-themed drama Delusion. Now Start-Up co-star Kim Seon-ho has joined her as a potential co-star in the series.

As previously reported, Delusion is an adaptation of a popular webtoon of the same name by Hongjacga (Dr Brain) which will be set both in 19th century Shanghai and in 1930s Gyeongseong (the name of Seoul during the 1910-1945 Japanese colonial occupation of South Korea).

The story focuses on a painter who becomes obsessed with a mysterious female vampire. Bae is eyeing the role of the vampire, while Kim has been offered the part of the painter.

After seeing his popularity explode in romantic fare such as Start-Up and Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, Kim has more recently switched to genre content, including his film debut The Childe last year and his current Disney+ action-thriller series The Tyrant.
