November will be an exciting month for the K-pop scene, featuring new music from major stars like BTS’ Jin and Shinee’s Minho and rising rookies Babymonster and TWS.
BTS member Jin will drop his first solo album since he was discharged from mandatory military service in June.
The album, titled Happy and slated for release on November 15, will include six songs across various genres based on band sounds.
“The album shares a message about embarking on a journey to find happiness together. Through this album, Jin will candidly share his thoughts about happiness and deliver his warm feelings toward Army – BTS’ fandom,” the singer’s agency, BigHit Music, said.


Jin unveiled one of the tracks from the upcoming album, “I’ll Be There”, on Friday, prior to the album’s official release. He shared a glimpse of the new song with a teaser of its music video on his social media.
Minho of Shinee will release his first full-length album as a solo artist, Call Back. The album, which will hit the shelves on November 4, will comprise 10 tracks, including the title song of the same name.
“Minho will showcase his broad musical spectrum with songs that have diverse charms,” his agency, SM Entertainment, said.
The album comes about 10 months after his last single, “Stay for a Night”. Following the album’s release, the singer is set to hold his first solo concerts on November 30 and December 1 in Seoul.

K-pop legend G-Dragon of Big Bang is also preparing to pick up his solo act, confirming his performance on the final day of the 2024 Mama Awards on November 23 at Kyocera Dome Osaka, Japan. This will be his first performance at the awards since 2015.
The singer’s agency, Galaxy, announced in April that he is working on a new album he aims to release in the latter half of this year, seven years after he released the 2017 mini-album Kwon Ji Yong. The release date has not been confirmed.
YG Entertainment’s newest girl group, Babymonster, are returning with their first full-length album, Drip, on November 1.
The album will feature nine songs, including title track “Drip”. G-Dragon took part in composing the song.


The group, which debuted with the mini-album Babymons7er in April, has been teasing its first full-length album by releasing snippets of several tracks, including “Love, Maybe”, “Woke Up In Tokyo”, “Billionaire” and “Clik Clak”. They pre-released one of its tracks, “Forever”, in July.
Hybe’s Pledis Entertainment announced that boy band TWS, which debuted in January, will launch a new album next month. The release date and title are yet to be disclosed.
The new release comes about five months after its second mini-album, Summer Beat!
