Don’t gain weight or biohack, do exercise, sleep and think young to age well, experts say
Professors, a surgeon and a scientist on how to feel young and healthy for as long as possible, mentally as well as physically

If you worry about looking old, you might seek the services of a plastic surgeon. Dr Anthony Youn is one. He performs procedures to make clients appear younger.
The cells in the body won’t behave the way younger cells do, afterwards, though, he says. And what’s the point in looking younger if you don’t feel it?
That is why Youn, based in the US state of Michigan, has spent over a decade learning how to treat patients holistically – so they look and feel good.
He describes this in his book, Younger for Life: Feel Great and Look Your Best With the New Science of Autojuvenation: “Your state of mind can do wonders for your physical body, specifically having a younger attitude. Research shows that how we think is reflected in our bodies, and how we hold our bodies is reflected in how we think.”
Thinking of ourselves as older can limit the activities we do
Youn, who is an energetic TikTokker – @doctoryoun has 8.5 million followers, his YouTube account @DoctorYoun has 5.37 million – is also an energetic proponent of thinking yourself young to help be young.
Sometimes when we think we are older it limits us in what we do, he says.
