Building a better brain – through reading – at a morning reading club. Learning ninja skills to finish an obstacle course faster than your friends. Sweating it all out in a yoga flow. Learning to dance. This weekend, you are spoiled for healthy choices.

1. AIA One Billion Week’s ninja challenge

An outdoor ninja challenge will take place at the Hong Kong Observation Wheel and AIA Vitality Park, where people can compete in a contest to conquer 11 obstacles in the fastest time.

For those less skilled, certified coaches will be hosting workshops and teaching basic ninja skills, including swinging, hand-eye coordination, jumping techniques and climbing.

The 50-minute workshops are suitable for those aged six and up; children aged 10 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Those aged 16 and above are welcome to take part in the challenge, which has a time limit of 50 minutes. If they fall, they must start again from the beginning.
