Jee is a contemporary restaurant that serves a fresh take on Cantonese food, cooked using traditional and innovative techniques. Diners can indulge in dishes such as softshell turtle jelly with caviar, a creative take on a classic Cantonese soup, and crispy sea cucumber with shrimp mousse in black pepper lobster sauce.
The drinks menu features Chinese wines from Ningxia and Shanxi.
