If you haven’t planned your dining itinerary ahead of time, here are some ideas to prep your palate.

 

1. A Small Potato Dinner at More Good

On Sunday July 21, the home-grown charity More Good will be hosting A Small Potato Dinner at its Chai Wan headquarters to raise funds for its More Good Foundation, which helps vulnerable communities through providing cooked-meal boxes.

Chefs Mikey Silva, David Holmberg and Tara Villanueva will be cooking a seven-course family-style feast that includes dishes such as potato salad, mochi doughnut, bone marrow croquette and even a seafood tower.
