The restaurant is known for being open 24 hours and being the highest dining establishment in London, located on the 40th floor of Heron Tower at 110 Bishopsgate, London.
A very popular dessert is the full Elvis, featuring Belgian waffles with peanut butter and jam, banana brûlée, and Chantilly cream.
