Favourite restaurants of UberEats Hong Kong general manager Horace Lam
Lam enjoys Thai sharing plates, Hainan chicken, Hong Kong noodles and pork chop rice, Taiwanese hotpots, shaved desserts, Lebanese dishes, and steak and pasta, all washed down with Japanese iced coffee
I spend more time in cafes than restaurants, especially at weekends, when I need a quiet place with caffeine where I can get work done. I’m an adventurous eater who likes to explore different experiences and I appreciate places with rich, authentic, traditional dishes with attentive service.
Omotesando Koffee (shop G24-25, Lee Tung Avenue, 200 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, tel: 2601 3323) is the first and only overseas outlet for the famous Tokyo coffee establishment. It has a minimalist interior design and the Japanese barista’s iced cappuccino is my favourite.
