Michelin releases new list of Hong Kong and Macau restaurants offering HK$300 meals
A week before the highly-anticipated Michelin stars are awarded in Hong Kong and Macau, the esteemed restaurant guide has released its Bib Gourmand list, featuring establishments offering three-set menus for a maximum of HK$300.
Seventy-five restaurants were chosen this year, including new entries Vietnamese restaurant Brass Spoon, Ciak – All Day Italian, Liu Yuan Pavilion offering Shanghainese specialties, and Sing Kee for its Cantonese cuisine.
Other Hong Kong restaurants remain on the list: Bombay Dreams, Chili Club, Din Tai Fung (Causeway Bay and Silvercord), Good Hope Noodle on Fa Yuen Street, Ho To Tai, Lin Heung Kui, Megan’s Kitchen, Nishiki, Restoran Indonesia 1968, Sang Kee, Ser Wong Fun, Tim Ho Wan in Tai Kok Tsui, and Yun Yan.
A dozen restaurants in Macau were also awarded a Bib Gourmand, including Portuguese restaurant Castico and hotpot eatery Xin.
