The agency representing P1Harmony, a new K-pop boy band set to make their debut next month, has denied allegations that member Keeho made insulting remarks about some K-pop singers and “racist” comments about black fans in the past.
Keeho was recently thrust into the spotlight after claims emerged that he made offensive, racist comments about some K-pop artists and their fans on Twitter during his school years. Screenshots of the remarks recently went viral, enraging many K-pop fans.
FNC Entertainment denied that Keeho made the comments, claiming that he shared the Twitter account with seven other people before terminating it in 2017.

“Growing up in North America, Keeho is more sensitive to racial discrimination than anyone else,” the agency said in a statement.
