When managing director Roger Wong founded KGW Logistics in 2005 at the age of 24, he knew beforehand the importance of creating an expert team comprising the right people. Such an approach has earned the third-party logistics provider the trust of clients for its one-stop shop for supply chain services spanning from freight forwarding and warehousing to trucking and e-commerce logistics.

“We give clients our best possible solutions in a way that is most cost-effective,” Wong says. “We want our customers to let us focus on what we do best so they can concentrate on their core operations.”

As a Malaysian company certified by the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism or C-TPAT, KGW offers easy trade and logistics between Asia-Pacific and the United States. For more than a decade, KGW has been serving a wide variety of industries from consumer, electronics and health care to commodities, construction and communications, including small to medium-sized enterprises that wish to enter the American and Canadian markets.

We invest a lot in training our people to understand our culture of how we want them to represent our company, not only with the clients but with the suppliers and among themselves
Roger Wong, managing director

KGW maintains a culture of strong work ethic and adaptive nature through customisation of solutions from traditional forwarding to logistics and distribution services. Inspired by a strong drive to remain competitive in the industry, KGW draws its strength from its people.
