Henderson Land Development is set to offer another tiny flat development for sale on October 1 following the launch of its One Prestige development in North Point.
The development to be sold is Seven Victory Avenue in Ho Man Tin, with flats as small as 161 sq ft – two feet less than the tiniest unit at One Prestige.

South China Morning Post readers can view two of the show flats – one 263 sq ft and the other 190 sq ft – before the developer allows the general public a first glimpse next Saturday.




Mark Hahn, general manager of Henderson’s sales department, said about a third of the Ho Man Tin development’s 250 units would be offered on October 1.
Hahn did not reveal prices, but was confident of brisk sales after Henderson sold 24 out of 30 One Prestige units on the opening day on Tuesday.
