Zhang Chi (張馳)

Zhang Chi (張馳) is a researcher at the Centre on Contemporary China and the World at the University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining HKU, he was a deputy program manager at the Development Research Centre of the State Council in China, and has served as a national consultant for the International Trade Centre, UN. He received an MA in International Studies from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University in Washington, D.C., and an LL.B. in International Politics from Peking University.
