Haeyoon Kim

Haeyoon Kim is a senior programme officer at the Asia Society Policy Institute (ASPI) based in Washington, DC. In this capacity, she coordinates and manages projects related to US-Asia trade policy and women’s empowerment. Prior to joining ASPI, Haeyoon worked for the Korean Foreign Ministry, serving as a senior economic researcher at the Korean Embassy in DC, and as a political researcher at the Korean Consulate General in New York. She also worked for the organizing committee for the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang as an interpreter and communication manager.
