Ferry operator ties bonuses to performance

Shun Tak-China Travel Ship Management, which operates the Turbojet ferry to Macau, will replace annual bonuses with performance-based bonuses as part of a cost-cutting drive, the staff union said. A 5 per cent wage cut would also be imposed on staff earning more than HK$40,000 a month.
