 Grub: Traditional Hong Kong and fusion desserts. There are close to 100 items on the menu, including sweet tofu pudding, ice cream sundae and yeung chi gum lo (pomelo and sago in mango coconut juice).
 Vibe: All branches are located in authentic local districts like Yau Ma Tei and Sham Shui Po. The cafe is often very crowded, with a long queue outside, especially at night. Like a cha chaan teng, the server will come to clear your table for the next customer as soon as you're finished, even if you haven't got up yet.  
 Who to bring: Friends and families from overseas. A small party is advisable so you don't queue for too long and can sit together. It's also a great place for a group of friend to visit after dinner to finish off a night out.  
 What's hot: Wan choi ming chu (herbal jelly and sago with mixed fresh fruit topped with mango sauce and milk) is the one of the best treats in town. This HK$16 dessert includes all sorts of mixed fruit. 
The best part of it is mixing the milk with the mango sauce yourself, and enjoying possibly the biggest sago you can find in Hong Kong. It's as good as home-made, but without the hassle of being in the kitchen. 
Other hot items include coffee pudding topped with biscuit bits, a well known local dessert, and sweet tofu pudding available in a range of different flavours, including black sesame.
 What's not: The long queues and crowded seating. Customers are expected to sit out on the street on folding tables and chairs when the cafe gets too busy at night. This isn't the kind of place you come to get comfortable.
Another downside is the sheer size of the menu - there are so many choices, you want to take your time, but the servers expect you to choose quickly or they get annoyed.
