Janice Vidal is a guest at Liu's concert series, Liu Chia-chang Music Alive, at the Coliseum, which ends tonight. Canto-pop singers Kelvin Kwan Chor-yiu and Jill Vidal were arrested in Shibuya, Tokyo, on February 24 on suspicion of shoplifting and drug possession after a small amount of cannabis was found in their luggage. They remain in police custody.
Liu is currently involved in a case in Taiwan, where he is suspected of embezzling NT$600 million (HK$136 million) from two art companies owned by the Kuomintang. Liu said he would reassure Janice that her sister's case could not compare to his.
