Fans can look forward to a putting masterclass at next week's UBS Hong Kong Open after US-based Arjun Atwal was confirmed for the event.
The Indian ace was the best putter on the US PGA Tour this year with an astonishing average of 1.710 - outranking superstars such as Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson.
The statistic means Atwal will be the man to watch on the greens at the Hong Kong Golf Club in Fanling when the Open takes place on December 1-4.
Atwal, 32, will arrive in Hong Kong after an excellent second season on the US PGA Tour in which he registered four top-10 finishes and missed just one cut in 17 starts. Atwal will join compatriot Jyoti Randhawa and Thai sensations Thaworn Wiratchant and Thongchai Jaidee in mounting a powerful Asian challenge to the top European Tour players.
