The latest issue of Eastweek has put an end to rumours that Taiwanese singer-songwriter Jay Chou Jie-lun dumped his girlfriend, Patty Hau.

According to the magazine, Chou just bought a $10 million flat in a luxury complex in Taipei, which has made Hau very happy.

Many music company executives and  doctors live in the complex.

A security guard said Chou and Hau have been going to the new apartment together.

Pop singer Alex Fong Lik-sun (above) has revived  his troubled romance with Twins' member Gillian Chung Yan-tung  thanks to the touching lyrics of his new songs.

An 8 Weekly report said that to win Chung back, Fong expressed his feelings for her in songs like Mr A, B & C.

The magazine interviewed 100 people, and 90 per cent said the lyrics showed that Fong is a nice young man who is loyal and devoted to his girlfriend.

The magazine suggested that the former Hong Kong swimmer should go back to the pool to pick up swimming again to build up his self-confidence which could help him succeed in love again.

Tong Sze-wing (right), the ex-girlfriend of actor/singer Shawn Yue Man-lok, was seen with TV host Chui Kin-pong in Causeway Bay.

8 Weekly reported that Tong and Chui were shopping for furniture last week.

Chui's mum joined them later, fuelling rumours that the two are living together. But Tong has denied any romance, saying that she and Chui are just friends.

She said she was helping Chui pick furniture for his new flat.

She said it so happened that Chui's mum was free and decided to join them.

She stressed that the whole thing was not planned.

Jaycee Chan, the son of superstar Jackie Chan, has yet to show his acting talents, but he seems to have a keen eye for women.

Three Weekly  reported that Jaycee brought desserts to the crew during the shooting of a new movie starring upcoming Canto-pop singer Toby Leung Ching-kei.

Since Jaycee started his acting career a year ago, he's been romantically linked to a number of female artists, including Gillian Chung of Twins, Taiwanese singer Dai Pei-ni and Canto-pop star Fiona Sit Hoi-ki.

Moody Chan in the shadows

The cast of Media Asia's US$12 million project Initial D - Jay Chou, Edison Chen, Shawn Yue and Kenny Bee - have been to Japan and the mainland to promote the film with director Mak Siu-fai.

But Jordan Chan Siu-chun (right), who stars opposite Chou in the movie, has kept a low profile. He's not even featured in the posters.

Eastweek magazine reported that Chan, who is known to be a devoted son, has been in a bad mood  ever since his mum's health deteriorated.

He tends to lose his temper easily these days and has had fall-outs with different people, including actors and film crew. That's why he has been excluded from all promotional activities.
