Hong Kong's Food Culture

Although local food is greatly influenced by centuries-old Chinese traditions, long exposure to overseas influence has given it some unique characteristics. This exhibition reviews the fusion of Chinese, Asian and western cooking, combinations of styles, recipes and customs, and the changes that have taken place in eating establishments and food packaging.
