Voting rights

Leader of the Democratic Alliance for Betterment of Hong Kong Tsang Yok-sing has questioned the right of non-Chinese nationals to vote in direct elections for the chief executive. His remarks have raised hackles among foreigners. Perhaps most affected by such a restriction would be Hong Kong-born non-Chinese, including people of Indian origin.
