Big firms take 35pc of office space in Beijing Kerry Centre

Kerry Properties says large corporations have signed lease agreements to take up more than 35 per cent, or 301,392 square feet, of office space in Beijing Kerry Centre. The centre is a joint-venture development between Kerry Properties, Shangri-La Asia and Beijing Bei Ao. The mixed-use complex comprises 861,120 square feet of Grade A office space for lease, 195 serviced apartments, a 487-room business hotel and retail space.
