SCMP Reporter

ELEC & Eltek has opened a printed circuit board manufacturing plant in Huangpu, Guangdong province.

  The company said investment in the plant at US$24 million would be gradually raised to $46 million. The plant is a joint venture between Elec & Eltek Huangpu (Singapore) and China's New Technological Development General Corp.
