PALIBURG Holdings has secured government approval to build a 26-storey commercial property at the junction of Thomson Road and Johnston Road in Wan Chai.
The development, with a gross floor area of 66,707 square feet, is among 33 building plans approved by the Buildings Department in August.
The approved plans include six residential and residential-commercial developments, 11 commercial buildings, 12 factory and industrial developments and four community services projects.
The Mass Transit Railway Corp's plan was approved for a five-storey commercial block at the new airport railway's Central station.
Gay Sierra will develop a 16-storey godown-car park property at Wing Kei Road in Kwai Chung. Yu Tai Hing will build a 26-storey commercial building in Shau Kei Wan.
A 23-storey godown on Ap Lei Chau, will provide 586,544 sq ft of space.
International Tak Cheung Holdings plans two three-storey residential blocks at Chung Hom Kok Road.
