TROUBLE IN RUNNING
KINGLY DEMEANOR (H486) after the race, rider reported that he was instructed to hold a more forward position with his mount being stepped up in distance - Race 679.
SUNNY BABY (E166) post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 695.
GO GO GO (H196) jumped awkwardly - Race 685.
SUPERB DADDY (D235) from the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages - Race 695.
FASTPASS (H040) raced wide and without cover from the 1000M. When questioned regarding his riding in the early stages, rider stated that after obtaining a position on the rail in the early stages, he then elected to shift his mount out one-off near the 1600M in order to follow a runner. He said he made such move to avoid his mount being caught on the rail in what he thought might be a slowly run event. He said after obtaining a position behind that runner approaching the 1500M, his mount commenced to race keenly and as a result shifted out and away from that runner into a three wide position. He added shortly after when that runner remained one-off, that allowed another runner to improve to his inside and resulted in his mount being obliged to race three wide thereafter - Race 685.
DIAMOND WINNER (H285) jumped only fairly and from the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages - Race 685.
