ONE Championship’s big night in Qatar is just days away, and anticipation is building for an event headline by a middleweight title clash between Reinier de Ridder and Anatoly Malykhin.
No strangers to each other, the pair are squaring off the second time, after a brutal clash for the light-heavyweight title, which Malykhin won via knockout.
Keen to introduce their fans in the Middle East to the two fighters ahead of ONE 166, officials are holding a pre-fight press conference on Tuesday evening, which you can watch live, right here, from 9pm, Hong Kong Time.
On a card stacked with talent, sparks are sure to fly when Joshua Pacio and Jarred Brooks get up close and personal before their strawweight title clash at Lusail Arena.
The two have already shared the ONE Championship ring for 25 minutes with the American winning by decision.
On that occasion Pacio was the strawweight champion and Brooks the challenger. This time the roles are reversed with the Filipino looking to win the title for a third time and his opponent defending the strap for the first time.
The third title match is also a rematch, with Tang Kai and Thanh Le getting ready to battle it out for the featherweight title in a unification scrap.
Chinese fighter Tang came out on top in the first bout, but has been out of action ever since and in his absence Le has won the interim featherweight title.
