An interim featherweight kickboxing title will be on the line at ONE Friday Fights 58. Superbon Singha Mawynn will be facing Marat Grigorian in a rubber match at Lumpinee Stadium on April 5.

The two men have met twice before and share a win each. The first fight was in 2018 in China and Superbon knocked Grigorian out in 28 seconds in the final of the Kunlun Fight World Max tournament.

The rematch took place in Singapore at ONE: ‘X’ in 2022. Superbon’s featherweight kickboxing belt was on the line this time and he won the fight by unanimous decision.

Superbon would go on to lose the title when he was knocked out by Chingiz Allazov at ONE Fight Night 6 last year. The champion is “taking some time off before returning to action later this year” and in his absence an interim belt has been introduced.

The ONE Friday Fights events take place every week at Lumpinee Stadium. Every three or four months the promotion puts on a “tent pole” event which features some of the biggest names on the roster.

It looks like ONE Friday Fights 58 will be one of these shows with more big fights likely to be added in the coming weeks.
