Sun Pegasus have been a revelation this season, winning five straight games in the campaign and they hope to make it six on the trot against big-spending Eastern, who are trying to recapture their glory days of the past.

Pegasus are on a season's budget of HK$20 million, similar to Eastern, who dominated the Hong Kong scene in the 1990s, and have begun their campaign brightly with four points from two games.

They are definitely the team of the moment. Players such as Rascic, Chan Man-fai and Ju Yingzhi have hit top form

Marksman Admir Rascic, who scored in all five games with six goals, said they had been strengthened by the arrival of several quality players, making his role easier than before.

"Every goal is important to build up confidence and hopefully I can stay injury-free and continue my fine form," said the prolific striker.

"The team performance has been very impressive so far and this could not have happened without the arrival of some quality players. They have blended in well with the established players."

The former Bosnia international said new players such as Chan Man-fai and Sham Kwok-keung have given him sufficient support up front, leaving him with the simple task of putting the ball into the net.
