Manchester United manager Erik Ten Hag has addressed suggestions that captain Bruno Fernandes could leave at the end of the season.
In an interview with DAZN Portugal, the midfielder made an ambiguous comment about his future, saying: “If I have to think about not continuing in the Premier League, it won’t be until after the Euros.”
He added that he was happy at the club and felt the Red Devils wanted him to stay, and Ten Hag has since indicated that is the case.
“That was taken out of context. I think he is very happy to be here,” the Dutchman said.
Even if the Portugal international goes nowhere, other big names could change club during the European summer transfer window. So who could be on the move?
Mohamed Salah (Liverpool)
The Egypt forward’s future has become a little less clear of late following a touchline row with outgoing manager Jurgen Klopp.
Salah’s Premier League goal total of 18 this season is his lowest since he has been at Liverpool, although his side have two matches remaining, and he has found himself in and out of the starting line-up.

Available on a free this summer, it looks like Mbappe will finally leave PSG, with a move to the Bernabeu expected to happen.

Casemiro + Raphael Varane (Manchester United)
Nine Uefa Champions League medals between them, but injuries, age and earnings mean the new Ineos regime at United could target them for exits this summer.
Varane’s contract expires at the end of the campaign, while Casemiro still has two years left to run on his. It is unlikely any side in Europe would be looking to match their salaries.
