North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is set to walk around Tsim Sha Tsui today, shaking hands with locals in a rare meet-and-greet.
But be warned, chances are he won’t speak any Korean because in fact he is Hong Kong drummer-turned-dictator-doppelganger, known as Howard.

The 34-year-old this afternoon revealed the secrets behind his transformation from an average guy to a lookalike of the Hermit Kingdom’s leader.
On the seventh floor of a hair salon in Tsim Sha Tsui, the change begins with a quick hair wash before his hairdresser of five years, Daniel Lo, works his magic.
Howard first got the “Kim Jong-un” cut in April this year - and that’s when the media frenzy began.
“I think it’s hilarious. I’ve got my five minutes of fame. Let’s see how long it lasts.”
When the real Kim Jong-un first took power in December 2011 following the death of his father Kim Jong-il, Howard was ridiculed by friends who pointed out his uncanny resemblance with the dictator.
“So I thought maybe I should capitalise on it,” Howard said.
“Plus, everybody remembers the baddies.”
